What's new at saldia: ChatGPT Shopping, Meta Conversions API, AI in the CRM and more

Since September, a lot has gone live across all saldia products. Here you will find every new feature by product, each with app, version and date. The most important points come first, the smaller ones further down.

saldiaShop

ChatGPT Shopping

Your products appear in ChatGPT's shopping results, with image, price, availability and a link to your shop. Prices, stock levels and status go to OpenAI continuously through the Delta API. Optionally, your customers buy right inside ChatGPT, and the order arrives in your shop as a regular order. The same feed is the basis for ChatGPT Ads.

Note: OpenAI currently offers shopping results from merchant feeds and buying directly in the chat only in the US. In Switzerland, you use the feed for ChatGPT Ads today; the other features are ready and go live as soon as OpenAI enables them here.

Meta Pixel with Conversions API

Purchases are also sent to Meta directly from the server. Orders from customers with ad blockers are counted too, and your advertising on Facebook and Instagram is measured more accurately. • Opening hours, services and rating are maintained in the vendor area. They are published in Schema.org format in your shop, where Google and AI assistants read them.

Google Shopping

• The product list is easier to scan and shows Merchant Center issues with their impact, one line per issue (since version 5.3.18, 22 Sep 2026).
• If you like, you get an e-mail when the sync with Google runs into trouble: off, admin only, or admin and vendors (version 5.3.16, 10 Sep 2026).

Odoo

Stock goes from the shop to Odoo, and orders from Odoo delivery orders arrive in the shop automatically. You decide whether an order is only imported when the shop stock covers it; otherwise it stays open and is retried later. If you like, the usual order e-mail goes to the vendor for every imported order. → To the Odoo app

More news in the shop

• Price on request (19 Oct 2026): hide prices per product or for the whole shop. Instead of price and cart, the shop shows "Contact us for a price", optionally with a link to your contact form.
• Promotions (28 Sep 2026): the name of a catalogue promotion can appear as a label on the product. Discount badge and strike-through price can be hidden per promotion. The bonus types have clearer names (6 Oct 2026).
• Shipping (5 Oct 2026): shipping methods that are only offered when the cart contains nothing but certain products, for example bulky goods.
• Swiss Post (version 2.2.4, 26 Oct 2026): signature on Economy, the Assurance extra service, default extra services per shipping method, Saturday delivery on Priority. If an item is out of stock, checkout no longer shows a delivery date.
• DPD (version 1.1.6, 19 Oct 2026): label printing errors show DPD's actual reason.
• bexio (version 1.8.10): checkout comment optionally in the bexio order (6 Oct 2026), a separate setting for who manages the booking accounts (12 Oct 2026), and nothing gets lost when bexio is unavailable (22 Oct 2026).
• Galaxus (version 3.8.2): a log of all EDI documents with send and resend right in the order (28 Sep 2026), Galaxus prices adjusted by price tier (21 Sep 2026), settings in German and French.
• Comatic (October 2026): many new sync options, including the direction per field, "price on request" and transport restrictions from Comatic fields, and new shop customers sent straight to Comatic.
• Forms (reCAPTCHA version 2.3, 22 Oct 2026): if an ad blocker blocks reCAPTCHA, an image captcha appears instead, so fewer enquiries and sign-ups get lost.
• Cookie banner (version 2.7.0, 24 Sep 2026): the behaviour after a refusal can be set per device.

• Shop features for your website (October 2026): customer accounts, checkout with a shipping rate table and payment by invoice, e-mails with your logo.
• Customer management (12 Oct 2026): customer list with detail view, import and export with bexio.
• Database module (November 2026): your own PostgreSQL database per project, hosted in Switzerland.
• Edit text right on the page (20 Oct 2026): click paragraphs, links and images to edit them. Bigger changes go to the AI with one click.
• E-mails from your own domain (21 Sep 2026): e-mails your website sends come from your address.
• New models: Claude Fable 5.1 and GPT-6 Astra (15 Sep 2026), Claude Opus 5.5 as the default for follow-up requests (29 Sep 2026).
• Day to day: "Stop" keeps what the AI has already done (22 Sep 2026). Files arrive as a download in the chat (18 Sep 2026). CSV and HTML files can be uploaded (20 Oct 2026).

saldiaCore

• AI assistant in the CRM (October 2026): a side panel on tickets, tasks, deals, projects and contacts. It suggests replies, creates tasks, reads attachments and drafts offers. You confirm every change first.
• MCP server (October 2026): connect Claude or other AI tools directly to your CRM. They read and edit tickets, tasks, offers and contacts with your user's permissions. Every action is logged.
• Gmail add-on 2 (October 2026): connected with one click, tickets and tasks straight from the e-mail.
• Offers (September 2026): optional items in their own block, copy the online link, payment plan with even instalments, billing overview per deal.
• Team (21 Sep 2026): vacation balance per year; approved absences block the booking page.
