More and more people ask ChatGPT before they buy: "Which cordless drill works for hardwood?" or "What do I give for a 40th birthday?". With ChatGPT Shopping, the products from your saldiaShop show up in those answers – with image, price, availability and a link to your shop.
The app delivers your product catalogue to OpenAI per storefront, language and country. When a price, stock level or status changes, the update goes out continuously through OpenAI's Delta API instead of waiting for the next full feed. Optionally, your customers buy right inside ChatGPT, and the order arrives in your shop as a regular order.
Note: OpenAI currently offers shopping results from merchant feeds and buying directly in the chat only in the US. In Switzerland, you use the feed for ChatGPT Ads today; the other features are ready and go live as soon as OpenAI enables them here.
Visible where people search today
Your products appear in ChatGPT's shopping results. You map the product data – brand, GTIN, colour, size, condition – just as you do for Google Shopping. If Google Shopping is already set up, you copy the mapping with one click. You can exclude single products or whole categories.
Prices and stock always current
Nothing is more frustrating than a product shown as available in the answer and sold out in the shop. When a price, stock level or product status changes, the app sends the update to OpenAI through the Delta API, so ChatGPT stays close to the real state of your shop.
Buying right in the chat
Optionally, you enable checkout right inside ChatGPT (OpenAI's Agentic Commerce Protocol). The order is created as a regular order in your shop, with stock deduction and your usual processes. Status changes, shipping and returns are reported back to ChatGPT automatically.

No. ChatGPT Shopping brings the products of your saldiaShop into ChatGPT. The ChatGPT app, by contrast, uses the AI for texts and reply drafts in saldiaCore.
Yes. The same product feed is the basis for ChatGPT Ads. Per product, you decide whether it may be used in ads. You manage the campaigns themselves in OpenAI's Ads Manager.
If someone clicks a product in ChatGPT and buys in your shop, your existing tracking counts the purchase like any other. Purchases made directly in the chat don't pass through your shop in the browser; they are visible as orders in your shop.
